ABOUT US

I have been practicing Medical Massage Therapy and Wellness in the city of San Diego since 1998.  Prior to becoming a Licensed Massage Therapist, I was employed in the Medical Management field.  Since leaving the management field and finding my passion in life, I now understand the old saying “when you love what you do it’s doesn’t feel like work”. I have found joy in what I was meant to do. I love being able to help others with their health and wellness.

With over 25 years of experience and Board certified, I have over 25,000 hours of massage and bodywork experience, as well as a degree in psychology. 

I continue to improve my techniques and abilities to provide the best service for my clients.  By attending yearly educational courses,  I am able to keep current with new techniques and helpful information to care for my clients. Being well informed allows me to better serve and guide my clients on their journey to wellness which is my goal. 

I also give back to the community of San Diego by volunteering my time with senior citizens and the homeless community.  I donate a percentage of all services to charity.  Giving is my way of sharing the good fortune that I have been blessed with.
